Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your region or courier service.

You can check your delivery status in real time in [My Page → Order Details].
Once the shipment is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or text message.

Non-members can check their order and delivery status using the “Order Lookup” menu.
You’ll need to enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.  

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product through the [My Page → Order History] section.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Shipping fees for returns due to a change of mind will be charged to the customer.
